Returns and Refunds

Inspection of Goods

It is the customer’s responsibility to immediately inspect all goods upon receipt. Proof of purchase is necessary for an exchange. If eligible, please note that in the case of items being sent or returned, postage and handling costs will be at the charge of the purchaser. AFL will not be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty Items

If the item is faulty or is damaged the customer can send a photo/video of the faulty item to the customer service team email and upon customer service evaluating the photo/video provided, a replacement item will be sent to the customer if deemed necessary. Please allow 7-10 business days for AFL to send out a replacement. Refund or credits will not be payable for faulty items.

Exchanging a Size

No refunds will be paid if you have ordered the wrong size. We ask that you choose your items carefully before placing your order - we will not offer exchanges or returns if you simply change your mind. We will accept exchanges once the original item is returned at the customer’s cost and inspected to be in it’s original condition. Please allow 7-10 business days for AFL to send out a replacement.

Personalised Items

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details submitted with an order are correct, including correct spelling, font type, choice or numbers and colours. AFL will not be held responsible if the customer provides incorrect information.

Store Credit & Discount Codes

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure store credit and discount codes are applied correctly prior to checking out. No refunds will be paid if you have not entered store credit or discount codes correctly.

Consumer Guarantees

Our Refund and Exchange Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose, or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Merchandise returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase
